How to Order?
You may order items through our website, by calling our helpdesk number: +44 (0)1638 551777. If you need to order urgently, we recommend doing so online as our phone team can only be on hand during limited hours rather than 24/7!
Ordering online
When you have ordered online, you will receive an electronic receipt of your order request from us and an email from Worldpay to confirm your secure request to pay by card.
Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. All card payments are cleared by Worldpay´s secure online payment services (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland). For more information, please visit www.worldpay.com. .
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment for any reason, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Please note that the emails sent to you only confirms your intent to order and pay for your chosen goods and they do not confirm that we have or will accept your payment or order.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - that is, the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order +/or result in our being unable to accept your order and payment.
Please note that your delivery address does not have to be the same as your billing address (during the online order process there is a space provided in which to specify your preferred delivery address).
Mail-Order
If you´d prefer to order with us by mail-order or phone (rather than online via our website), we´d be delighted to help.
We can accept payment by phone using any of the debit or credit cards listed above. As of 1st March 2008, we are no longer able to accept personal cheques as a form of payment.

Credit card security
All orders are ´encrypted´ to ensure safe transmission to us. We utilise secure server software (SSL) through Thawte to ensure your information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
Returns Policy
In brief, we´re happy to accept items back which you find unsuitable (for either exchange or refund), for whatever reason. All we ask is that:
- Please let us know of your need to return your goods within 7 work days from delivery with you, by phone, email or post.
- You return the goods to us in the same perfect unused condition as they were despatched, at your own cost (if you would prefer us to arrange collection of any unwanted goods from your home or place of work, please contact us for a quote).
- Any unwanted goods arrive back to us within 10 work days from delivery.
- We do not charge additional postage/delivery for exchanges to perfect fit, size or colour e.g. exchanges of shoes are free of charge where the size or colour hasn´t been suitable for you. *This applies to UK deliveries only. Exchanges of EU or International orders require additional postage to cover delivery costs for the replacement goods.
- How do you return items? Easy. Simply tear off the Returns Slip from the letter enclosed with your goods - do make sure to annotate if you need a refund or exchange (and if so, what size/colour/style) and return by post using the address label provided. We recommend using an insured signed-for service (such as Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery) as these will compensate you should your parcel be lost or damaged in transit.
NB/ Due to the large numbers of enquiries we deal with on a daily basis, we don´t usually confirm receipt of returned goods unless we need to confirm the details of any exchange with you. For peace of mind you´ll receive an email to confirm any refund and delivery of goods by post within a week for exchanges.

Thinking of ordering several items to compare?
We want you to order with confidence. Although we´re happy to accept orders to compare styles, it is our policy to ship a maximum of 2 styles (not sizes) for comparison purposes (orders of more than 2 styles shall not be fulfilled, but may be amended by you). We have years of experience under our belts in accurately helping Brides to choose the correct colour or size, so if you´re at all unsure, do get in touch and let us help you whittle down your short-list!
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any multiple order we feel would lead to unecessary return postage costs to our customers (as returns are at your own cost) and treat multiple pairs of shoes as individual orders (e.g. ship them to you seperately rather than in a single parcel).
We also reserve the right to refuse multiple pairs of the same shoe in different sizes or colours, for comparison purposes. Please order with confidence and ask us if you need help choosing the best size or colour (we can provide swatches to help you pick the best possible colour match to your wedding gown) - remember, if the size does turn out to need refining, we´ll send out an exchange within the UK free of charge!
If you must see and try multiple shoes, you may benefit more from seeing and trying your shoes on in-store, so please contact us to make an appointment to visit us OR we´d be delighted to refer you to a local stockist of the shoe(s) you are intersested in.
We are more than happy to help in choosing more appropriate sizes, colours or styles for your needs so please do ask – helping you find the perfect shoes and accessories is what we’re here for and what we excel in.
In our experience, we find most customers are able to find their perfect shoes from an order of only 1 or 2 pairs at most and those who order more (3 pairs and up) usually find choosing becomes even more difficult and less productive. We want to help make the process of finding your perfect party or wedding shoes as easy and enjoyable as possible.
*Please note: for hygeine reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund pierced earrings and certain personal accessories (such as FootPetals or Hollywood Fashion Tape) and any item which has been specially ordered-in, altered (e.g. dyed or bleached items) or made for you.
SALE GOODS
Unless otherwise stated, all items in our sales are new, perfect and covered by the same full Returns Policy as our normal priced items.
Sale goods may be returned for refund should you find them unsuitable in any way (in accordance with our Terms and Conditions). Exchanges may also be available (at the same sale price), but only if the replacement item you require is also displayed in our sale.
