Called The accessories boutique and got the shoes the lady arranged for the shoes I wanted to be delivered next day guarantee in time for the wedding. She is a star.

* Helpful, knowledgeable and patient - outstanding. Co-ordinating a wedding with bridesmaids 100s of miles away can be difficult and they were happy to offer advice to both me and my bridesmaids and take the time to describe things when internet access was an issue.

* I ordered 2 styles of shoes in 2 different sizes (4 pairs in total). Within 10minutes I received a call from Kylie advising me on the size that would be best and would send out 2 pairs to save me cost in having to send back 3 pairs, I ordered the shoes on the wednesday and they arrived on the thursday well impressed with the service provided and the shoes also came wrapped beautifully.

* Replaced my shoes in 2 days the weddings next week

I just wanted to say a big 'Thank you' for the Astor Benjamin Adams shoes, they're fantastic. They are worth every penny and I can't wait to wear them. They fit like a slipper and are surprisingly comfortable for such a high shoe.
