You may also choose to opt in or out of receiving our email Newsletter at any time by email, phone or post or by responding to any emailed Newsletter using the ´unsubscribe´ link (you´ll find this at the very bottom of the page).
We are aware that many of our customers change names, addresses or work from one contact to the next, so please do keep us informed if your details change. Likewise, if you receive a Newsletter and decide to ´unsubscribe´, please confirm the email we´ve used to contact you. Replying using a different email address or with a ´new´ name means we won´t be able to cross-reference your request with the details we have on file.

Help - You´ve emailed me a Newsletter, but I haven´t registered!
Please don´t panic. This just means that you´ve either enquired with us or purchased from us before our new-look website was launched mid-September´06. If you´re concerned, please get in touch and we´ll remove you from our list.
Our previous website didn´t have a log-in or ´register´ capability online, so we´ve simply made sure that all our valued customers are sent our 1st Newsletter as a courtesy, so noone is missed out. You may of course opt-out of future Newsletters if you prefer - we won´t be offended, but we prefer to know rather than send them and have them languish in your In-Box like an unwanted gift!
SALE GOODS
Unless otherwise stated, all items in our sales are new, perfect and covered by the same full Returns Policy as our normal priced items.
Sale goods may be returned for refund should you find them unsuitable in any way (in accordance with our Terms and Conditions). Exchanges may also be available (at the same sale price), but only if the replacement item you require is also available in our sale.
Availability
All goods displayed on our website and in any brochures supplied by us are subect to availability.
In the rare event that we are out of stock of a particular item you´ve ordered and our suppliers are also (we deal directly with the brands themselves and no ´third parties´), we shall be in touch to let you know so you can make an informed decision to wait for your goods to arrive into stock, or amend or cancel your order.
There may be occasions where items displayed are not yet available. For example, at the start of the new bridal season (Sept-Dec), there will be many new shoe and bag styles available to pre-order. In this instance, special delivery/delay notes will appear in each item´s description (this is at the bottom of the page, under the item´s size, colour and so on) so you know when they´re due to arrive into stock for the very first time.
Our Returns Policy
In brief, we´re happy to accept items back which you find unsuitable (for either exchange or refund), for whatever reason. Please refer to our website Terms and Conditions for our Returns Policy in full. All we ask is that:
- Please let us know of your need to return your goods within 7 work days from delivery with you, by phone, email or post.
- You return the goods to us in the same perfect unused condition as they were despatched.
- All unwanted goods arrive back to us within 10 work days from delivery.
- NB/ We do not charge additional postage/delivery for exchanges to perfect fit, size or colour (e.g. exchanges of shoes are free of charge where the size or colour hasn´t been suitable for you). *This applies to UK deliveries only. Exchanges of EU or International orders require additional postage to cover delivery costs for the replacement goods.
- How do you return items? Easy. Simply tear off the Returns Slip from the letter enclosed with your goods - do make sure to annotate if you need a refund or exchange (and if so, what size/colour/style) and return by post using the address label provided. We recommend using an insured signed-for service (such as Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery) as these will compensate you should your parcel be lost or damaged in transit.
NB/ Due to the large numbers of enquiries we deal with on a daily basis, we don´t usually confirm receipt of returned goods unless we need to confirm the details of any exchange with you. For peace of mind you´ll receive an email to confirm any refund (please allow up to 28 days, as statement cut-off dates and bank speed vary; however we find most refunds arrive back onto our customers accounts within 10 work days) or delivery of goods by post within a week for all exchanges.
To return any unsuitable goods, simply tear off the Returns slip enclosed with your order and affix the Returns address label (also provided) onto the outside of your parcel. Please do re-use our mailing boxes or envelopes where possible, securing them with sticky tape (no staples thank you, to save our fingers!).
Returns are sent back to us at your own cost, although we send out all 1st replacements or exchanges goods free of charge via either Recorded or Special Delivery, to match the method of carriage used for your original order; however if you need an exchange urgently, please request Express delivery on your returns slip (this service is £15 per order and will provide your exchange within just 2 business days). Delivery of all exchanges is usually within a week from receipt of the returned goods, but if we have any problem fulfilling your exchange request, we will contact you without delay.
A paper copy of our Returns Policy is enclosed with every order, for your own records. To read our Returns Policy in full, please refer to our website Terms and Conditions page (you can also find this at the very bottom of any page from our website along with the shopping ).
If you intend to order multiple shoes for comparison: In our experience, we find most customers are able to find their perfect shoes from an order of only 1 or 2 pairs at most but those who order more pairs usually find choosing even more difficult, so please use us! We´re always delighted to help you whittle down a shortlist of styles or help choose the most appropriate colour or size to prevent unecessary returns for refund or exchange and make the process of finding your perfect party or wedding shoes as easy and enjoyable as possible.
We also reserve the right to refuse multiple pairs of the same shoe in different sizes or colours, for comparison purposes. Please order with confidence and ask us if you need help choosing the best size or colour (we can provide swatches to help you pick the best possible colour match to your wedding gown) - remember, if the size does turn out to need refining, we´ll send out an exchange within the UK free of charge!
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any multiple order we feel would lead to unecessary return postage costs to our customers (as returns are at your own cost) and to treat orders of multiple goods as individual orders (i.e. to ship them seperately rather than in one single parcel); however in this instance, we would of course cover the additional postage costs.
*Please note: for hygeine reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund pierced earrings and certain personal accessories (such as FootPetals or Hollywood Fashion Tape) and any item which has been specially ordered-in or made for you.
Help - I need to buy a gift for someone!
If your order is a gift for someone special, we offer a gift-wrapping service which includes gorgeous wrapping paper, tissue and ribbon, and a hand written personalised card. We can deliver the gift direct to you or the recipient.
Our online shopping bag is set up to accept order requests for gifts to one address. If you have a more complicated order (more than one recipient) please contact us. Alternatively, simply place separate orders for each gift.
Help! I need my wedding shoes to match my dress
We are happy to dye or colour-match your chosen (dyeable) wedding shoes and handbags for you. Dyeing is perfect if your chosen gown or outfit isn´t a standard colour or perhaps for extending the life of your bridal shoes (turn them into your favourite going-out shoes!).
Before accepting a dyeing request, we prefer to make sure you’re 100% happy with the fit and style as once they’re dyed we are unable to accept them for refund or exchange. Then simply return the shoes to us with a fabric swatch and order form (we can post or email this to you upon request) along with payment and allow 2-15 work days for your chosen wedding shoes to be dyed for you. The timing will depend on the service you choose, although the quality of dyeing and colour-matching is the same.
If time is short or you´re confident that your chosen wedding shoe will be suitable wihout trying them, we´re also happy to dye items unseen upon request in order to speed up the process (we´d then send the shoes or bag to you once dyed and not before).
No swatch? Don´t worry. We can accept a cotton reel or embroidery floss in lieu of a swatch - simply take your garment or accessory being matched to your nearest haberdashery shop and pick a reel that matches. These are very cheap and come in literally hundreds of colours and will also show you how the colour will look with a high sheen (e.g. just like satin) and so will give a good idea of how your shoes or bag will look. TIP: Be sure to select your colour in the right light e.g. compare your dress fabric to a cotton reel in daylight if yours is to be a daytime wedding or you could find shop lighting distorts how good a match they are!
Please contact us for more detailed information and prices. We don’t dye shoes in-house but use outside firms which include Rainbow Club Ltd. and Paradox London Ltd. (who guarantee their own range of shoes and bags) and The Lisa Valentine Colour Studio (an independent dyeing firm who are experienced in dyeing all the ranges we sell).
NB/If you are buying shoes with the intention of dyeing them, we recommend choosing the ´Ivory´ colour option. This is the preference for most dyers as it´s generally easier to dye any and all colours (except lighter ones, obviously!). White can sometimes prove more difficult when dyeing certain colours, specifically pale pink or pale gold. This is because White fabrics can have blue-y undertone or sheen that can still be seen once dyed these pale warm colours. However, if you need your chosen shoes or bag dyed a colour which is LIGHTER than the ´Ivory´ fabric of any shoe we carry, you may prefer to dye over the ´White´ option for a better end result (please ask us for swatches of the shoe fabrics to help choose).
